There will always be discussion and criticism on assumptions on a PEA. The fact is that a computer model was probably set up so any of the assumptions can be adjusted for any prospective purchaser.

If it wasn't already done, I know I could do one if the company wants one. I consulted for Deloitte a while back doing exactly that for lawsuit and public utility rate adjustments. (Client won over $50M judgement in the lawsuit.)
