The rightwing protects the HMO's and drug companies who gouge us for fat profits and stay fat off the public troughs. Their big lie is that nationalized health care is "communist" or will hurt health care quality. In fact, it works just fine in every developed country onj earth but ours. And will bring down the cost of health care. But some HMO CEO's and drug company fat cats won't be as fat.
