George, Perhaps our perspectives about this issue is just different since during the year + I have been in DCTC,I have seen Joe come and go from this BB several times. It's just been my understanding that there are times that he can stop by and share time with us and then there will be periods where for whatever reason he just can't. It's been my impression that posting on this bb is something he enjoys doing for the most part and personally, I think that he will eventually be back when the time is right. One thing I like about him not being here is that typically in the past that has meant that good things were happening. (G) If this issue really bothers you that much, then why not give Joe a call, or send him and email to ask him the reason he isn't posting now and share that answer with the rest of us? James
