any chance that Canada would bail out Nortel??? Two years ago I would have said no. A year ago, probably not. But now, well, NT has really blown it. Too many layoffs and they are rapidly losing their Canuck version of "too big to fail". They never should have laid off, let the debts pile up, then ask for a bailout.
