<<guilty pleas, convictions open door to classact lawsuits>> Yuppers...the shrewd and effective class action lawyers will get wealthy off of going after the greedy I-Banks (it's the same thing they've done with Asbestos firms, Tobacco firms, Insurance companies --> they look for liability with deep pockets). BTW, I still think Lerach (the king of class action lawyers) will have a field day with Kenny Boy, Skilling and other Enron Directors <G>...They'll still sue what's left of Andersen, Insurance Firms, I-Banks and anyone else who is connected and has some deep pockets...Stay tuned, you may see more lawyers become very well off and folks like Kenny Boy scrounging around wondering how they're going to maintain their lifestyle of the rich and famous. We still need to see The Justice Dept. come up with their convictions though...patience is a virtue...=)
