blisenko: Well all large companies have these kinds of suits coming at them because of some disgruntled employee playing their last trump card. It is surprising that MSFT whose leader is such a social liberal would be charged with bias. On the other hand no one is exempt from this kind of legal action. I am sure that is not the explanation for MSFT's further descent today. JFD
