AICE COMMENTARY---DRAM is stable Thursday March 2, 2000 After several days of price increases, 64 meg synchronous DRAM is stable from yesterday's close. Demand however, remains strong as trading volumes are high. SRAM continues to be in tight supply, mainly 128kx8 and 512kx8 product in the DIP and TSOP packages.
