Letter to Dave Gardy, CEO, TVW:

Dear Dave:
On behalf of all of us here at SI, welcome. We congratulate you and your staff on TVW's recent relationship with Ampex, on your new initiatives and on your joining (however infrequently) our discussion group.
In particular, we are gratified that you see SI as a resource and opportunity for strategic insight and business development. Nowhere else will you find more creative, articulate and loyal supporters.
We can only be thrilled at the speed with which you took action on the abuse of TVW's intellectual property by an obvious rogue. This 24-hour tempest certainly demonstrates how the Internet enables business decision-making, and results, at the "speed of light."
I haven't taken a survey, but I think I can say that we are prepared to make you a promise. It is this: If you follow our adventures here, you'll always know "who's on first." Even better, we'll bring you incomparable tools: scouts, baseline coaches, trainers, medics, propeller heads, marketing gurus, traffic wizards, litigators, snake charmers, rock stars, snack vendors and money runners. Tell you what, Dave. We'll do something even better. We'll fill the stadium for you! And just for good luck, we'll even throw in a few handicappers and yes, the occasional rabid fan...
Perhaps you could suggest to Lisa Amore that she check in once a week or so. We're eager to assist in any way we can, and we're looking forward to the triumph of "narrowcasting."

P.S. Two other questions, Dave:
1) Is there another third-party investor(s) in TVW/Gardy McGrath who preceded Ampex? Could you elaborate?
2) Maybe you could ask Lisa to comment on the link below. We're not asking for non-public information, of course, but you should know what issues are on the table for investors.
