I'm in from about 7-7.5 so 12 would be fine.

I assumed the appeals court was bypassed since Avanti had already made most of the payment. I suppose the appeal must be against the first civil suite then not the criminal. Given that probable bankruptcy is already priced into AVNT the appeal may be a positive catalyst or none at all depending on the result.

I didn't realise that the new code (post 98-99) had portions of the Cadence code (as per Cosmo Daisy). If that is true it makes things much worse for AVNT.
