There appears to be quite a lot about the sinister nature of the U.S. military that you are naive about. These forces are not working on your behalf in Iraq. Nor are they working toward democracy or self-rule in Iraq. They are there to steal the oil which will run their machinery so that the military can acquire and control the biggest prize on the planet. The control of petroleum as it becomes an increasingly expensive commodity. You will be wise to assume that the U.S. military intends to be in Iraq permanently, as a colonial occupying force. The Bushies have no interest in giving the loot back. They stole Iraq's oil fair and square and they demand that we all accept that might makes right.

I'll try to do my best to break through to you in the future about how despotic, corrupt and anti-democratic the Bushies will be in Iraq. It will be difficult. The Bushies and the U.S. military murder reporters who dare to tell the truth about them. Any truthful reports we get out of Iraq will be a great personal risk to the reporters who will attempt to give us honest reporting.

The news that you will see in the corporate media will be just as trustworthy as the news that the "proles" got in George Orwell's "1984". Which is to say, it will be a complete lie. Evil Empires are all alike. Mark my words. The ugliness of our power and resource grab is only beginning to become apparent.

The pity of it is, you are a designated victim of this mad scheme. The best you can hope for is stable prices at the gas pump. But your taxes will be going up dramatically, and your children and grandchildren's futures will be ruined by Bush's profligacy with the national treasury. Mark my words.
