Issue with 2809 is liver-tox not cardio. Because Stage 4/5 NASH pts have elevated liver enzymes (not to mentioned any particular one), and further elevation by prodrug or active form will bring tox issue up-front. Why they are WASTING time with 5mg/day dose?????
