Hi Ken,

My reasons are to have as pure a machine as I can get. It is well known that when one has problems with his computer it can be traced to overloading software then removing it multipule times. In this day and age with the hoards of memory and functionallity programers can be as sloppy as they like and still have something of a program. Example bugs in Win95, MS6.5 just to name a few.

I am not having problems but I want the clean fast speed that fat32 will give me as well as all missing or outdated working dll, and such type files updated and working correctly with this new system.

Sean and others are better qualified to answer as to why that is the case.
