Not that I can recall....but I think it is a good idea for Qualcomm to sometimes go deeper into their management to talk at these conferences. It gives a bit more expertise in different areas.

Hmmm, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but that conference is the same week as CeBIT. Qualcomm doesnt usually have a booth, but perhaps management will be there meeting with customers?
