The proposal was no different than Obama's tax proposal, it was meant to get votes.It was a shame that they did not ask good questions last night, and when they did, the candidates once again did their side step and were permitted to do so. Obama has yet to explain how he is going to accomplish what he saysy he is with only increasing the taxes on the upper 5%. It of course does not work...any middle class person that believes their taxes are not going up...(s)
