He also exaggerated the difference after-tax of 13% (he was referring to 13.9%) and 26% rates calling it double, when it is 87/74 -1, or ~ 17.5% more. He's loose with facts, I agree, but his research is more thorough than many. Like these 13 pages rollingstone.com
