Paul: I do not see truth in Jack, Charles and unknown crew. I envision the new management taking the money and running - do your DD and check charles (Murray Island, King County, Washington State) out and you will find he is not going to run the company. He is in the business of making his money by dilution - he does not have a clue how to run a company. This guy has never ran a profitable company in his life and never will. Regarding first year lawyer mentioned - I never said lawyers were ethical or intelligent. We all knew this company was speculative, but, why should we be quiet when we are going to be ripped off by a carpetbagger.
