Essentially what Sheriff Arpaio's investigation revealed.

I'm not a "birther" but I've yet to hear any satisfactory explanation, in fact any explanation at all, of why this "birth certificate" was created in document processing software in "layers" rather than as a scanned image. It is crystal clear that the safety paper background was laid under the text using such software and not part of a scanned image. It is also clear that various sprites representing text were layered to permit manipulation. Why this was done is still unexplained.

I don't know who is motivated to what, but this document was not simply a scanned in image of an original. The deconstruction of it by Arpaio's investigators made that abundantly clear.

The media has successfully made it the domain of kooks and lunatics to question this and as a result, few are asking the question. But there is a legitimate question as to why this document was manipulated in the fashion described by this individual as well as Arpaio's investigators.

It is entirely possible our Supreme Court will one day have to address the issue of what happens to legislation that was signed into law by a president who didn't meet the constitutional requirements of the office. Maybe it is a 1% chance, maybe greater, maybe less, but it simply cannot be ruled out that Obama did not meet those requirements; there is some probability which is greater than zero.
