"Quittin' Time in Afghanistan" It's been the graveyard of empires for 2000 years, and the locals are proud of it. The only reason we are there is that it may become a failed state favorable to AQ as it was when the 9/11 plotters based themselves there. Well, AQ has SEVERAL failed states to choose from, and currently work safely in the non-failed state of Pakistan. Nation-building in failed states is a bankrupt idea that is bankrupting US. Let's move on to plan B.
