To All: As I have always understood it, you get disqualified for breaking the rules not because the opposition does something nasty. An oversight body disqualifies the person who violates the rules. What is the deal here? MSFT doesn't dismiss the judge the judge's behavior causes the judge to be dismissed. In this case the overseeing body is the Appellate Court. JFD
