As a matter of fact in the historical record. Laz has put on record that you would never be allowed back on SMBR. He revised his stand on that when new and outside circumstances came to bare on his position. Knowing this, you walked into an agreement with a man known to revise his position when new and relevant data comes to light.
He allowed you back on SMBR after many "try it and see" requests from you...with assurances from you that the behavior that led to the events of the past would never be a bother to any one again. You couched or discounted those past events at times as misunderstood humor, or not Laz's business, or entertainment that doesn't count, etc... However, you pointed out that if things were not working out that you wanted a chance to prove to all that you had learned from the past and wanted to rebuild your reputation as a gentleman and reasonable human being. In the "try it and see" case you pointed out many times that you could at any time be re-banned, and that things could return to a previous status quo, so that Laz would be risking nothing.
Based on your own requests that weighed heavily on the decision to allow you back on SMBR, not to mention your assurances about the behavior of the past being an issue, Laz could and should ban you at the first sign of not living up to your premise that you wanted to rebuild an honorable and dignified reputation.
You have put Laz at risk. He has followed through on your premise that he could at anytime re-ban you, and now you are acting like a three year old throwing a tantrum over the consequenses of your own behavior.
