amazing to me i watched cramer's no huddle offense segment tonight (9/12/2012), and he blasted the same message i wrote here earlier today (or yesterday) that all washington (either candidate for president) had to do was say it would support ng as a surface transportation fuel, and the wheels would roll with ng added to service stations, converting govt. cars to ng, civilians converting to ng. there would be no need to subsidize any of it. the private enterprise wheels are already in motion, and the presidential candidate's microphone would give what is already being done the momentum to move ahead faster (and a lot cheaper than gasoline or diesel). most of the electorate and the public has no idea ng is available as a truck or car fuel in the usa. the microphone would make it known.
