Case is a great CEO for AOL, which is media and advertising intensive, where Case's background fits.

IOM is/or should be a product development company with great marketing. The marketing leverages the product strengths. But the R&D has to be there, and on time.

I think IOM should go ahead and buy Castlewood. It'll bring in a disgruntled "genius" in removable technology, and allow them to look at the next set of products.

As for MR technology, there is also something called GMR tech, which allows for even higher density.

There is a leapfrog of technology available to any an all venturers in the next 5 years.

So the appropriate CEO candidate for IOM should be strong on technology, and following the market needs, and be a rapid innovator.

Not understanding KE personally, I have no comments as to his qualification as the appropriate CEO for IOM going into next 5 years.
