john-- i dont know if he did or not...sounds like one hell of ethical problem if true, but in my experience most analysts had ethical bypasses years ago. at any rate, i think its kind of bad for an analyst not to know the name of the product that he thinks will be great for the company he follows. its either laziness or stupidity. and with most of his recent comments, i am inclined to think the latter<G>. good luck to all, trey
