Asset manager stock of Artio Global Investors (ART) looks like it has had quite a fall from its public debut in late 2009:

It has lost clients: it's aum (assets under management) has fallen.

Nevertheless, for me, I buy these asset managers strictly on low EV:AUM, and as this ratio I see for ART is very low ($.046B/$14.3B = .003 =<1%) and well within my upper point for consideration, I am a buyer now for a small tracking position.
