Doesn't make sense but the liberal idea is that people shouldn't use cars, they should walk and ride bikes and stuff. So why put in a lot of parking spaces and encourage car driving.

Ask Z if he drives a car to his subway stop. Ever wonder why the Europeans are thinner than we are?
