The percentage of deaths in the 1918 Influenza Pandemic in America's population today would be only 1.5 million dead. In 1918 they had no idea what caused the flu, so they had no diagnostic tests. . Today,we know what causes Covid/SARS but like many Booga-Booga nations the US refused to buy tests in January when they were readily available, because our dictator said the disease is "a hoax". This is reminiscent of imbecile Christian Scientists (designated here as C.S.) in 1918 who claimed the flu didn't exist. From the newspaper in Los Angeles in 1918
