Iceberg, I believe it was signed by Kathy Levinson. It was actually a long letter. Several paragraphs. Didn't have time to read it all and planned to go back and then it was gone. Wish I had printed it now and those interested in the lawsuits will probably want it. Maybe that is why it was pulled off the site so fast?#?? I can't find it any where on there now. It was on the main page after you log in where it says "Welcome E*Trade customer". Oh well. Deanne
