At what point, stock price, event (i.e., split-up), situation (i.e., gates resigning to pursue other interests)do you bail?

I will hold all of it through the run up at least, after that I will further diversify into other investments that will NOT include SUNW, ORCL or AOL. Some things are just better left alone.
