I was just checking the profile of SRA, they have 279 million cash. Price sales ratio of 0.9. They had one bad quarter. Stock took a pounding from high of 60 in september 97. No long term debt. If they are paying 800+ million, in essence they are getting the company for 500 million. Not a bad deal if the products are useful. Remember how Mory stole CSCC for a low price last year by giving 0.7 share. Now Cascade is saving ASND contributing nearly 54% revenues with high margins and has momentum going forward. Iam not selling. Long term this does not appear to be a bad deal. Hang tough guys. BR
