Sunny: Hmmmm....so B.R. and L.D. were aligned according to the 5/92 IPO statement? This is something I didn't know, so thanks for the info.. Of course, since L.D. had almost worked out agreements with MOT, and H.P., way back just prior to VLNC's fall from market "grace" perhaps B.R. being involved early on is just another way of showing how "connected" L.D. is throughout a certain segment of industry? But what it also says, to me anyway, is that B.R. must have been following VLNC's progress, and not being one to align himself with a failing proposition, me thinks since he's rejoined the board this is just as large a signal as that 500,000 share insider buying spree we've talked about.
