Hi Carolyn,

I just posted that the Core PPI came in way higher than consensus. That sparked a selloff in the index futures, which were trading modestly higher than fair value, but now are trading significantly below fair value.

That means we're looking at a gap down and further deterioration. That will put a drag on NVDA, and could pull it down with the general market. Given that, I'd probably have a considerably lower threshold to selling the entire NVDA position. If I saw anything other than a ramp up into the session, I would probably sell the whole thing.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, especially if the bushes are getting scarce.

NVDA will gap up, but the question is once the overnight retail bagholder buy orders are filled at inflated prices, will the MMs and professionals then take up short positions and methodically walk down the bid? I think that is likely. If so, within the first 5 minutes of trading or so we'll see a rather sudden reversal to the downside that will continue below the opening price.
