I have a gut feel the maybe Jobs and Ellison, and the others on the board may be trying to break-up Apple, a.k.a. " It's worth more in pieces than whole"....I remember reading that Sun wanted to buy the company a while back (but the board disapprived it).to get the operating system... Could it be the Gates might have the same thing in mind... As for an investment, it might make the stock more valuable, but wouldn't be too popular with users.. Maybe Ellsion could use Apple for his NC machines... I personally thought Sony would make the right match for Apple... I really don't think it is farfetched anymore... Any thoughts Don Green Seattle
