It is my understanding that there is currently only one UTEK e-beam tool in a commercial mask shop: Diamon Images. It has been there for about two years. I do not believe masks for 0.25 micron devices have been sold to customers in that time. I am unaware of any other UTEK tools currently operating in any other US sites.
