I just saw Elliot Spitzer on TV. He says he's going for jail time for the mutual fund scammers. He also said he's picking up some prosecutions the Bush/Asscrack Justice department dropped involving some corporate air polluters in NY state. Said they were clear lawbreakers, but Asscrack had just given them a pass because the Clinton Admin. had brought the cases.
