UN begged us... Kosovo is Yugoslavia and No Mandate was in existance.. If you would say capability..than o'key.. As for your confusion about nature of civil war, and disaster that is still in the making it is honorable, but confusion neverthless..war is brutal...civil or not You have not seen half dead bodies that I have...so drop this poustering
