NRPIE STARTING TO RUN! "E" OFF THIS WEEK! Big difference NOW; the loans are APPROVED, the land ACQUIRED, and the recent Acquisition of a CONTRUCTION COMPANY. If the BANKS are loaning the MONEY, then THEY must feel secure, and that's not EASY to do! NOTE: A Fully Reporting SHELL with 21 Million OS, and 16 Million Float, often trades for 30 cents or MORE! This is CHEAP! I spoke with Richard regarding various thoughts, one of which was a name change, that would better reflect the Companies direction. In July, this should occur, and NRPI will then become NATIONAL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. Also, NRPI should close on the Second Construction Loan, and have a few other Developments coming then.
