Yup. I am sure the fact that the Bush administration had blocked OpenVista from having any feature upgrades over the past 8 years had absolutely nothing to do with it... That would have absolutely nothing to do with it. OV is not software for billing claims. But the basic problem with Medicare's failure to implement Internet-based claims services is the Clinton HIPAA legislation. None of it Besides, OV isn't the only package. Couldn't help but notice how you switched the topic from ClearHealth to OpenVista... I didn't discuss that topic at all. There are 100s of billing and EMR systems. These are just two. I don't know anything about ClearHealth.
