Source Media and Actv are I'm quite sure competing on some aspects of the interactive program guide. I thought the deal would be announced at the Show because TV GUIDE had previously stated they were close to closing the previously announced but never finalized deal. I have heard directly from a high-ranking TV Guide manager that he "is not sure" of whether the deal with SRCM will close. As you might guess, the due diligence process seems to have lead to a curiouser and curiouser situation!
