John Dowd, the "blue-ribbon" panel heard from tech industry executives such as Eric Schmidt - Former SUNW employee, Bill Joy, current SUNW employee. Hmmm.. Who else, Scott Mcnealy ? If this convinced the Justice Dept that what they were doing was not crazy, these people don't understand what free markets are.
