I think they are silent right now for good reasons ... most insiders at ASND are so fabulously wealthy by now, that, they do not care about short term profits anymore ... but a guaranteed return of 100% in their own firm per year is enough for them- How? Well, say, if they remain silent today, then it allows 2 days for ASND to fall - today and on Monday ... say on Monday we reach 36-to-38 level ... and if they load-up that time, by Aug'99, it can again reach 65-75 level, as they are very confident of their management style and results thru execution ... so, imho, they are doing themselves a great favor and simultaneously, albeit a bit indirectly, depicting super-confidence about ASND's future!
