There is not one property out of almost 2,000 they claim to have that has a completed drill program on it. There for there is no proven gold with almost 70,000,000 shares after all the smoke and mirrors.

With 22,060,334 shares free trading now and 6,740,000 to become free trading this month=28,800,334 free trading then.

With 10,000,000 preferred shares that will be issued and be converted to 40,000,000 common shares.
