And congratulations to Gretchen Morgenson for such a good work.

This article doesn't mention ASCEND, but ASCEND would be seriously hurt in case of a general downtrend of technology stockmarket.

In my opinion, the stock will descend, even if there is no general downtrend.

Dee Jay could say that I have something against his company, I would like to add that my opinion could be the same for each company that enters in the following criterias :

1) A High Market Cap/Revenue Ratio and High PE
2) A extremely high Gross Margin
3) Biggest Competitors coming agressively into their core business.

If you know companies that are in this case, let me know. We should all have a look at them and analyse seriously the situation.

I simply pointed on ASCEND, because I knew something about its business and about competition.

Other cases must exist on NASDAQ.
