Now for the story. In May there was a rumor of a takeover which was basically blown off. Since that time the stock has hardly traded at all until the latest sec filing. Since then volume went from 0 to 20,00k on Thursday and over 400,000k on Friday. If you read the filing at first glance you would ask why? It does not sound good...but read deeper! Sentex at one time merged or acquired Monitek it states that since that time Sentex has been the major cause of loss to the company! Whereas Monitek the major revenue supporter!
