Well it appears you guys are sorting out what each other mean but I already wrote this message so here it is anyway. 1. ISP and business web hosting are two related but different businesses. 2. Yes, there is also free web hosting now. Go to www.freeservers.com to find out what I mean. 3. I don't see this as being a huge threat for the time being. NNCI is in the service business. Check out the interview with the CEO on their website, he points out that a lot of customers come to NetNation as "refugees" from bad quality service elsewhere. All in all I think the free threat won't be huge. Even the free stuff is just a low level of service. The more you need, the more you'll have to pay, in this industry as with any other. At this stage of the game and especially amongst Canadian companies NNCI looks very healthy. I base this on my 'feel' for how innovative they seem to be. You have to continually improve the look and feel of your site and offer the most contemporary package of services to keep afloat in today's internet economy. One example is their site, www.swhois.com. Smart.
