STRONG base! somebody (underwriter/market maker) is holding $6. it's the "quiet period" for SIGA, so i didn't ask for #'s or anything, Karl. i just like to ask about SIGA in general and feel for the attitude. "i still LOVE to come to work everyday, Thom". PB was happy and wanted to get '96 report over and onto '97. i'm loading up, Karl. it may be a wait, but SIGA's not going under. that was really my main concern; investing in a company that was going down, or needed stock sales to keep up with debt payments. i was assured that's not the case. GREAT buy opportunity if it breaks out. T
