I used to work @ Lehman Bros. when Ms. Garzarelli was around. I've met with her privately to discuss market issues. She uses indicators in a 'correlative-aspect' including a number of them mentioned in previous memos here.

She's a good market timer and well respected in that arena, however, she's comes up way short on her stock picking ability...surprising lack of bandwidth in technology...not particularly impressive by any measure which may account for her lack of focus in recommending aggressive technology plays. She happily lives and conducts much of her business in the East Hampton's, playing her game with her investors while her returns reflect that performance...not very competitive. Her claim to fame was her call on the 87' and 89' market crashes.
