Franklin,
The only thing I see is an opportunity. I hesitated and finally committed yesterday for 3k shs. I don't know why the stock dropped, can only assume it was because of the private placement, but that's just a guess. This stock is a roller coaster of adventure. I'll keep in touch and if I hear anything I'll let you know.
