Alice, I called Art Richardson @ SEC and he said there are no legal matters pending against this company. He could not discuss anything about you or the company. He was very vague. If something happens legally it will be posted in their WEB site. I looked through the site myself and found nothing on TEIM. This doesn't mean you're completely wrong, but there's nothing against TEIM as of now. Steve
