Scott, Young should be able to walk the fine line legally if he is working on something with LU. His responsibility is to act in the best interests of shareholders. He is experienced enough to make that happen on both sides. He should not have to step aside from his board responsibilities at LU, other than possibly for appearances sake. Dwight
