Your right about that, insider selling, and you could be right of no hypothetical offers. However IMO the selling,that's a sign the board wouldn't oppose a reasonable takeover offer. The board Selling at these price shows no long term confidence in the company, only executive compensation. The Restaurant group has been a favorite in acquisitions among private equity. I see the trend continuing. I believe BLMN is a value for a private equity firm. Outback Steakhouse's Brand Name recognition is high and gas prices are down. P.S.RE- Speculating In Development pharma companies. I at one time speculated in this. Ariad and Spectrum Pharma. RE- IMMU looks to have potential. I'll add it to the watch list. Well rounded CEO promising pipeline. Correct me If I'm wrong.. I believe the FDA approval process takes time, even drugs on fast track ? I believe Orphan drugs have a better chance because of a limited market? I always cringed when it was time for the final FDA approval.
